Adhering to the spirit of the Directives on Deepening the Reform of Human Resources Development Mechanism and the National Plan for the Long and Medium-Term Development of Human Resources (2010-2020), the National Human Resources Flow Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Enterprise Financial Management Association of China have jointly developed the Talent Pool for Enterprise Financial Management Personnel of the country, to strengthen the capability building of financial management talents, improve the development, utilization and configuration of enterprise financial management human resources, promote enterprise financial management performance. The Talent Pool is dedicated to providing human resources services for financial management talents on talent evaluations, capability improvement, flows and integrity files. To provide better services as stated above, the two institutions now jointly issue Service Procedures for the Talent Pool of Enterprise Financial Management in a hope that related universities and education institutions, enterprises, training institutions and financial management workers can actively support and involve themselves in the development of the Talent Pool for the healthy development of the enterprise financial management human resources of the country .
